We are putting together a new KICK BOXING, MARTIAL ARTS, AS WELL AS MUA THAI training class in BALLANTYNE! Myself as well as my partner who has 10+ years experience in MUA THAI training and she is a 3rd degree black belt! Together we will bring to you one of the best work outs and best training classes around!
We want to be able to cater to everyone, kids, adults, teens or anyone looking to better their training skills, get in better shape, or just have some fun without throwing some weights around!

I am very excited to get this rolling and hope you are too! The gym is located in Ballantyne or South Charlotte. It is a studio gym, which means there are no memberships, just trainer client. The facility is rather large. We have an entire section with a hardwood floor studio to hold the classes.
