I am looking for a mature professional male or female roommate to live with me in my 3 bed, 2 bath house. It is located less than 3 miles to uptown charlotte, very short commute! Its over 2000 sqft, incredible layout, and very spacious. All furniture would be provided, you only need to furnish your bedroom. You will have your own private bathroom and living room. I am asking for $650 for the rent and we would split the utilities, internet and cable. The room is currently vacant and you can move in at anytime.
Please note - the furnishings in the pictures are not mine, I am buying brand new furniture to furnish the house.
