I have a great 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in SW Charlotte. Minutes and very easy commute to uptown and any location in Charlotte. The rent is $650.00 per month and includes rent, all utilities,(electric,gas,cable,phone and highspeed internet), lawn care and 2 times per month maid service.
The deposit is $450.00 and is refundable upon moving if no damages to property. My current roommates elderly mother is coming and that is why he is moving to a new place so his mom can live with him.
