I am a professional Businessman who travels and I need a roommate. All utilities are included in then price. You will have your own bed room, bath room and use of the amenities: pool, club house, weight room and more. The unit has cable, high speed internet and your own private balcony. In exchange for the lower rent I have a small loveable dog name Degas and you would need to take care of him while I am way on business one to two days a week. This would be a strcikly plutonic situation. I will be respectful of you and will only ask the same in return. Availible 8/14
