Bedroom for Rent in my 3-Bedroom Townhouse
the room is fully furnished, (bed, desk, dresser, ect.) as well as the living room is furnished with a TV. It is located within walking distance of UNC-Charlotte, so it would be great for a college student..
On the main floor is a kitchen, living room, dining room, and deck area. Upstairs has two bedrooms, and bathroom. There is Master Bedroom downstairs that has its own private entrance and bathroom. All rooms lock with their own key, for full privacy and security. Currently the room available is the smaller Bedroom upstairs for $250 a month as well as the big bedroom upstairs for $300 a month. Cable included, Internet included, (most likely)
you will also have a washer & dryer.
You will only be responsible for 1/3 of the Electricity Bill. Security deposit is only $100 with a 2 to 3-month lease, however I need a 30-day notice of move-out to receive your $100 deposit back.
